Progress is possible even for older & extremely picky eaters

At 10 years old Ruby* ate pasta, one type of cracker, butter, tomato sauce, sausages and one type of bread roll from a specific bakery and nothing much else. She would not even try sweets or chocolate, for example.

Her mother Andrea* got in touch with me to explain what happened over the course of a year when she put her focus and energy into supporting Ruby.

She is also happy for me to share their story (anonymised) as Andrea understands how worrying, stressful and frustrating it is to have a child who can’t eat a range of foods and seems to get worse rather than better…
